Don't think i'm ready to face gigs without smokes quite yet

Still, to cut down a lot when i'm at work, and not to smoke at all outside of work is pretty good progress, so i'm happy with vthat

All i've got to do now is find a way to stay in work 24 hours a day

Working tonight, so dare say will have a smoke or two, but then that's it till next gig

A&E a bit useless! don't know if it's broken, wear a splint thingy, put it in a sling, treat it as though it is broken and come back in 2 weeks!

Gotta love old people!! I lovingly make crispy duck pancakes for my step father which he then takes apart and eats with a knife and fork and my Mum put the special fish knives out cos she had king prawns lol!!

I'm afraid it doesn't for those that replaced each cigarette everyone else smokes in a day with a bottle of Becks lol

Alcoholic drinks: 1 (and that was less than half a pint of beer about 19 months ago!)

Not bad for an almost 21 year old who used to get very drunk every weekend or more often and smoke socially I reckon
