Neil, now that you've found your 'weak spot', so to speak, you can carry on as you said, and eventually work the smoking at the gigs down to nothing. I definitely agree that you should be very happy with your progress. It shows how determined you have become to quit, or minimum, cut way down. I know from relatives and friends that quitting smoking is very, very tough.

he's actually right...some of us quit 3 times before we managed to stay quit...and we only smoked for a couple of years!

Home again!! My amazing upstairs neighbours have cleaned half the flat for me and tidied the garden too!! Marvin is naked so i now have to search for his collar to try and retrieve the £5 magnet that was attached to it lol!!
