I was talking about a movie I have to watch tonight in cinema and I dont want to. Itīs a documentary called "we feed the world" where they show exaclty HOW chicken and pork is slaughtered and such things.

Well chickens are like any bird so you wring thier neck (not chop the head off as they just run around squirting blood all over the place), pluck it while still warm to get the feathers outr easier and then cut it here, here and here. Pull the guts out of there and tie a bit of string round the feet.

Pork is harder to describe but basically you stun it with a bolt gun and then butcher it here, here and there to cut into two halves which means the innards drop straight out and then can be jointed.

It's all jolly interesting stuff.
