There's taking a back seat and keeping a watching brief, and then there's doing ~~~~ all ... as the overall person responsible for our company you'd think this particular manager would choose the former rather than the latter.

I got home today and there was a letter from Q102...which i knew was a bad sign and it was; I didn't make the final 5, but hey onwards and upwards from more mad schemes one of which will pay off.
