ahhhhhhh someone help!!!!

I tried and tried to upload a pic of Meat Loaf i made for a birthday cake 15 years ago.... still have the icing pic... never cut it! i've saved it all this time but for some reason the uploader saying it's too big!!! i don't know how to make it smalllllllllller!

Someone help me plzzzzzzzzz!

i dont mind even sending the pic to them if they can help! x

Maby you could try "irfan view". The program is able to compress image files. After saving the file you can reduce the size.
