I find slow, laid back music best for working out. Every time I put on a fast, rocking track I feel the urge to go faster and harder and have powered myself out after five minutes.
The Rocky soundtrack is a pretty good compromise on that matter though!

Only if you finish your workout by punching both hands in the air and shouting "DRAGO, DRAGO" at the top of your voice in a dramatic fashion, no matter who else is in the gym at the same time .

One song I used on a regular basis in the gym was Smoke On The Water, on the rowing machine

I find it easier not to go to the gym, makes the choice of what to listen to far less complicated.

That's why RJ doesn't look out of the windowin the morning ... so he has something to do after lunch.

don't play Cry over me for her...or stark raving love...or Dance of the vampires with Mr Crawford.

You wouldn't want to scare the poor girl

i still say the van should never have been there, as its not a designated site... or else should have had signs up

(looks like the insurance goes up about 100 quid for every 3 points)
