Bluegrass?, Hip Hop? Rap? Folk? Boyband Bubblegum Pop? By the way, my vote would be two out of three ain't bad, By the way is I abstain from voting a hidden track or is it just Meat's personal view of the forthcoming elections? :) |

According to several sources on the net i.e. google the word ballad (note the spelling for the illiterate ) has the following meaning
A popular song especially of a romantic or sentimental nature. A ballad is a poem usually set to music; thus, it often is a story told in a song. Any popular narrative poem, often with epic subject and usually in lyric form. I think we can safely say Objects fits within the definition of ballad Pud |

As for my vote, it was between so many of them for so many reasons - lyrics, tune, general production of the song, that I applied the highly scientific method of picking one at random from the songs that mean most the me personally. And I aint tellin you what I picked |

For me, Meat's best song is 'For Crying Out Loud' above all others. I have never heard him do it live (DVD,CD's excepted), but I would love to.

ooh picky methinks....i think the melbourne one sounds more real...you really notice the sped up effect on the album when listening to the two...a reason why i prefer the live all revved up versions too
