That's true. But it's quite difficult to find a thread that's more off topic than this one ... thread pushed over there.

My ringtone is the piano taken from FCOL.

My main ringtone is War of the Worlds ~ but for my contact list everyone has different ones ~ mum is the theme from Ground Force; dad is the Guinness music; my fella is Nobody Does it Better (yeah I know cheesy or what!!) ~ and it goes on and on and on.

ames xx

with my old phone I had seperate spoken ringtones from most of my contactes. So if Jonty called, he'd say "Hi this is Jonty, pick up" or something...
was actually fun for a few weeks, then I got annoyed lol

My phone doesn't have the option of making a regular ringing sound, though I suppose I could find one somewhere if I wanted it sufficiently.

My current ring tone (except for when my parents call, when I have Aleksandr the meerkat telling me I have a very important call) is me playing the intro to Bat out of Hell on the piano.

(I couldn't play any more than the intro, and it was recorded when I first got my piano back (it'd been at an ex-boyfriend's sister's house, bizarrely!) and my piano has since been covered in plastic sheeting whilst I renovate my house!)

I used to share my office with a lady who had 'better the devil you know' when her husband rang...they'd been together since the age of 14, so I suppose the ringtone was right.

I used the music editor software that came with the phone to cut the last 15 secs guitar/drums bit off Seize the Night and just have that playing. This makes it easy to hear when it is buried at the bottom of my handbag!

For texts I have one of the characters from the game Worms saying 'incoming' followed by an incoming bomb noise and then it laughing.
This went off in the staffroom this morning much to the amusemant of my fellow colleagues

On my old phone I used to have Intermezzo. Both my brother-in-law and father-in-law liked it so we all ended up rumaging for phones when one went off!
