Hi Meat, I have a question for you if it's okay?

Given that Jim wrote all the songs, and Karla and Ellen are on the record, was there any pressure from the record company to call this Bat 4? Just interested.

Still on #1 on Amazon UK for the main music charts and several other genre charts.
Something special is happening here.

I agree, there is 100% something going on.
Alot of big albums out now, and Braver is more than holding its own.

I'm so excited to receive it tomorrow! The sheer amount of passion you've expressed about Braver has sold it to millions of people, I can't wait to play it tomorrow and enjoy it with a big cup of coffee and no distractions (well other than Luna but at 15 weeks she's already a fan!)

I've ordered so many copies, 1 HAS to arrive today/tomorrow!
Turn the album up loud, some beers, a little bit of vaping and my Friday afternoon/evening is sorted.

Just had my first full listen. Haven't anticipated an album this much since I was a little kid - and it's surpassed my expectations. Can't wait to really sink my teeth into it. Blown away. Jim wasn't kidding, it's a masterpiece and he should know.

Can't thank Meat, Jim, Paul and the musicians enough for this. It's a unique album, not a retread - every time I put it on I'll be getting something new from it. Going to enjoy this for the gift that it is: a late career stunner from my favourite musical collaboration of all time. Genuinely think it rivals anything they've ever produced.

Meat, I listen to a lot of music but your albums and particularly those with Jim have always been something special (as I've told him before). At 34 years old, I'm an adult and can wait for things bring released, and can sit and listen to them and think ok, what's next. Braver has destroyed me in so many ways. When it starts, I don't want it to end, when it ends I feel like i have to start he journey again. As a team, you and Jim are untouchable. Thanks for the music that has been with me my whole life, and especially for one final unexpectedly phenomenal gift in Braver. Here's hoping this little sucker hits number 1 next week.

Only heard Going all the way in full so far. Tomorrow the full physical album should be in my hands. But on Going all the way:

I have no idea how you Meat, Jim, Paul, the girls and the band did this but this equates Bat out of Hell and Anything For Love as the best 3 songs ever recorded. INSANELY good. Remarkable!!

I'm in total shock. It deserves a Grammy, Brit award, Oscar, Emmy, Ivory award, Tony Award.

I - N - C - R - E - D - I - B - L - E

Paul told me backstage in Manchester 2013 the song was absolute killer. He was underestimating it! The demos of this sing I did hear in the Steinman community never resonated with me so much. There was something very special here that you, Jim and Paul knew about and you literally recorded something I never thought was possibly to achieve after Afl and bat (the song). It's like taking the very best of musicals such as Phantom of the opera or Les Miserables and turning it into a 12 minute rock opera. So clever. And perfect production. Love all the vocals and instrumentation. Damn damn damn good.

Thank you so much for all you do Meat!

Hi, longtime fan here (participated a lot back on the AOL ML board in the '90s), first-time poster in this forum. I just wanted to pop in to give my hearty congrats and say that BTWA has surpassed all of my expectations -- I am more or less speechless at the moment after my first listen. I think I may rank this as second only to BOOH. Worth the wait in every way; what a truly special piece of art this album is.

Thank you, Meat; thank you, Jim; thank you, Paul.
