hi everyone,

one german link and a swiss one

http://www.ard.de/kultur/musik/musiknews.phtml?p=969

http://www.blick.ch/PB2G/PB2GA/pb2ga.htm?snr=61473

The german one is exatly the Reuter's text, and the swiss one says he's better. Just to let you know, that over here some medias report it, too. And to here he feels better made me feeling a little bit better. Think you will feel that way, too.

Sherrie:

I'm in Philadelphia, PA and it made it into the top story announcement on the local news radio news station, which surprised me, not in the entertainment clip. My husband called to tell me that CNN had a full story on it showing a vid clip with the big screen behind Meat as he sang on stage. The story was in our local paper and in the little Metro paper I found on the bus coming home last night, which surprised me again.

The coverage has been a bit frightening, really. Usually there's NO Meat news and this seems to be coming at me from every turn I take.

HI all havent been on in a while. but i was frantic with worry when i heard he had collapsed. frankley i dont give a damn if he never tours again. just knwoing he is out there and well is what matters. he has given me enough for the rest of my life.

i cried when i saw the pic, he just looks so fragile.

is there anyway we can send something to him. not exactly a get well card but something to say how much he means to us and him not pushing himself wont have us loving him any less???

Get well soon Meat we all love you.

I read that in the Sun newspaper too and I, like all other Meat fans, am devistated that this happened to him. I can only admire his commitment on trying to continue the show, but also his sense on going to the hospital. Meats health means much more to me and all other fans than him continuing with a show when he is ill, I wish him a speedy recovery
