Actually I must confess that I don't own any Meat Loaf records.
But that's only because I'm fan in second generation and my father bought them all.
We have All albums till Bat II on vinyl, Bat two times, all others on CD.
The only single we have is nowhere fast on vinyl.
Additionally there are a lot of live recordings and some Best ofs.
Most important here is "Rock n' Roll Hero", because it provides all songs from Bad Attitude, Blind Before I Stop and Live on CD.
What really is missing are CD versions from Dead Ringer and Midnight at the lost and found, because I don't have all the songs from it on CD and my father is very reluctant to let me get near his old LPs.

Commonly know as the "Irish" EP, 'twas available in black or clear vinyl.
The clear vinyl is rarer than the black, and DOES command more money, but I think the £75 mark is a little high myself .

I've seen that one advertised for as much as £150!!! Luckily I bought my copy back in the '80s.

There's a brown translucent vinyl of the BOOH album from Mexico but you'd have to want that one pretty badly and dig deep because it usually commands a high price.

I've got the red 12" single of 'Bat', and the 7" picture discs of "Dead Ringer For Love", "Rock & Roll Dreams", the wicked skull-shaped "Piece of the Action", 12" Pic discs of "If You Really Want To", "Modern Girl", those weird guitar shaped versions of "Rock & Roll Mercenaries" (both the UK and US themed ones!) plus the 1993 reissue pic-disc 12" of 'Bat', the 12" pic-disc of "Running For The Red Light", the "Bat" pic-disc album (1982), "Bad for Good" pic-disc album, the weird shaped "Getting Away With Murder" pic-disc...

I'm sure there's more, but I'm not pulling my vinyl collection out at 3am!! lol!!!

Oh, I also have the pic-CD version of Bat II (Virgin UK version, before they replaced it with the black disc version)

Every 'normal' 7"/12"/CD single by Meat, Bonnie, Jim or Pandora's Box, plus Barry's "Read 'Em & Weep" and the 12" of Air Supply's "Making Love..." is also in my collection. Including the 3" CD's and all the early 90's reissues. The only one I'm missing is the clear vinyl Live in '82 EP, which I've since learned isn't actually 'live' at all

Bought my first ever Meat Loaf vinyl LP about three days ago! Hits Out Of Hell, found it in Oxfam at Keswick in the Lake District for £2.99! When my bedroom is redecorated it will go on the wall! Intend to raid the charity shops in Sunderland on Tuesday, see if I'm lucky again and find any more Played Bat on the stereo tonight when I got home, it still sounded really good

And now I have the LP of Bat!!!!!!!! After half an hour searching through about seven charity shops and hundreds of LPs yesterday I found it near the back of the pile and back to front, so the first thing I saw of it was Jim! Paid £1.20 for it!

I know! Considering Hits was over twice that price! Oh, but the large pictures look great, especially Bat! I'm thrilled with them!

I was curious enough to count anyway!
CD's 97
CD singles 60
LP's 38
12" 30
10" 2
7" 54
8-track 2
cassettes 30
shapes 7
DVD's 12
Guess that total's to around 332. Not counting the bootlegs & all the films on video & DVD. By the way, it has also taken years to get this far, and am definately waiting for the additions to follow in the coming months. Greetz all!
