It is surreal... One of the most beautiful days of the year, over here in the Netherlands. But you can tell by the faces that people are still in shock of the devestating plane crash that took so many lifes and families away from us.
Just to give an example of the shocking stories behind those who died: A young man of 33, going on holiday with his 30yr old girlfriend, posted a picture of the Malaysian airplane on facebook, just before boarding, with the words: ïf it disappears, this is what the plane looks like." Or the Australian family that lost two members on the plane accident yesterday, while they were still moarning over the loss of two other family members from the lost plane MH370, last March. As far as we know now 173 Dutch, 44 Malaysian, 27 Australian, 12 Indonesian, 9 British, 4 Belgian, 4 German, 3 Philipine, 1 New Zealand and 1 Canadian people died. Of 20 other victims the nationality hasn't been cleared yet... RIP to those on the plane. And my condolences to those that are left behind... |

I can't believe it's taken an hour and a half to do a journey that was meant to have taken 20 mins.
Stupid flooding cancelling the trains. |

I know. Considering the fact that it was so hot yesterday, it was such a difference this morning.
I left for work two hours before I was scheduled to start work because of the flooding and I still ended up being twenty minutes late. |
