Bad news is it's raining, my bus has been re routed, due to road works, and I've no idea to where the bus has been rerouted . Good news is I'm holed up at the empire bar

I've been lucky enough to hear 2 of the most powerful things in the space of a week:
1) Patti Russo's voice 2) The Avro Vulcan which just conducted a test display over RAF Waddington. It's a shame I seemed to be one of the few people that cared about it, such an icon of our history, adn the RAF. |

So I'm going to spend a day in a wheelchair to raise money for wheelchair sports wa... I look at it as preparation for when I'm 30 and I'll need to use a chair ha ha... It's not that far off!

target weight achieved every week so far... 21lb lost in 5 weeks :)
but this week was tough... needed an emergancy 31 mile cycle today to hit target good news is it's me plucks the targets out of the air on a saturday so i've targeted accordingly now that it's getting tougher |
