Prometheus,
entertaining movie. Nothing too special though. Just a good evening filler |

Save your money for something better. It starts off with good intentions of being scary, and has a good build up, then suddenly ends without making much of any sense. Also recently seen Sinister... pretty good horror film. :) J. xo |

Dredd. Good storyline but too bloodyfor someone as squeamish as me! I spent most of the film looking at the wall

Happy Sunday, meatie peeps !
and ... ooo ... I can finally participate in this thread... lol ... Husband and I watched We Bought A Zoo last night ... and... well... imo... it took some time to take off... but once it did, we liked it alrighty... Just a bit of fluff n' stuff... based on a true story... HOWEVER ... lol ... as some may know... and be irritated by the fact... the story is based on the true story of a BRITISH journalist who bought a zoo ... but for the film ... the gent was AMERICAN, played by Matt Damon, I believe ... What's up with that ? ...

I haven't watched the Rob Zombie ones on principle. I can't stand the current trend for remaking much loved classic films. Remake bad films that no one saw, sure. But why crap on the greats? |
