What is the movie about? It must be a good one if you are still upset about it! Some of the best movies are the ones that make us think and are not just made to simply entertain.

It's best to watch it knowing as little as possible but it's a documentary a friend of a murdered doctor made in order to show his unborn child what he was like when he was alive.

Really, that does sound intense. It also sounds like a tear jerker but for me I cry at the holiday Hallmark commercials...

Wink Happy Tuesday, meatie peeps !!!

The last film we watched... husband and I... because now about twice a week we do movie date night via cable... lol ... was Dodgeball ... I think the funniest part was when the old dude (Rip Torn I think it was) was training the team... throwing wrenches at them to teach them to dodge... Made ME scream laughing... I'm pretty well fond of Vince Vaughn and Justin Long, too ... I don't think I'd watch it again, though ...

Tonight we're watching Rock Of Ages... I don't think husband will enjoy it as much as I will ... but there ya go ... Anybody ?... Is it a good film ???

I hope this finds all good with all !!!

S ... xo

Don't. It's immensely funny the first time, but doesn't hold up to repeated viewings.

I liked it- more than I thought I would. Tom Cruise was pretty good, IMO.

Last night I went to a special preview showing of a movie called "About Time"- I thought it was VERY good!

World War Z.

Different to the book, but a good derivative with enough nods to the key sections of the book, and an interesting take on Zombies with them moving so fast and having absolutely no regard or feeling for personal injury at that speed.

Last days on Mars

Dunno, it's so-so

Not good like 'Alien' or 'The Thing'
Not as bad as 'Apollo 18'

I managed to watch without using the fast forward button, so... ya...

Started watching The Running Man last night but got too tired to finish... Makes me want to re-read the book though, which is VASTLY different from the film, not least of all because Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't in it...

RED 2 - Not quite as good as the first, but enough humour to make it entertaining.

Insidious 2. A film that has serious self-identity issues and ridiculously misplaced comic relief characters.
