Finally watched 3 Days to Kill with Kevin Costner. I really enjoyed the movie. Shoot em up action scenes along with a love story. Can't go wrong with Kevin Costner in my book!!

It's that time of year again

Halloween 35th anniversary Blu Ray
Halloween II Collector's Edition Blu Ray

After all those years they still remain in the top 10 of my favorite movies.

Fury.

Pretty good not my favourite war film ever.

First rule of combat first aid though Hollywood: take the weapon away from the casualty, especially if they display symptoms of shock!

Alexander and the Terrible Horrible no Good Very Bad Day - the new Steve Carell movie. It was okay. I am a big Steve Carrell fan and I didn't think it was one of his best but it was fun.

Good choices. I just ordered the original and the second one is under rated. I also love h20 which I think is a brilliant modern (at the time!) Follow on

Last film seen ... Flight... starring Denzel ... it was pretty good ... I wouldn't watch it again, though ...

Default Hiya, meatie peeps !

Mud ... it was...okay ... kept my interest to find out what the heck the guy was about ... and the first shot of the shoot out made me jump out my skin and giggle nervously ... lol ... Oh... and I liked Ellis' personality... His character reminded me of P Jo in Crazy In Alabama ...

"I'll Be Me", the Glen Campbell documentary. Extremely well done- sad, but funny and uplifting at the same time. Recommended.

Wink Happy Saturday, meatie peeps !!!

Nebraska ~ I laughed (even though at times I wondered if I should be... lol ...)... I cried ... I enjoyed it immensely !!! ... and probably would watch it again ... Bruce Dern... long time fave... First time I saw him was in a hippie movie... lol ... oh... what was the name of it ... Psyche-Out ... I think it was... maybe in 1969 ?? ... My friend and I went to see it because this actor we'd seen in another film we liked... Jack Nicholson from Easy Rider... was in it... and I came out from the theater with a lifelong fondness of Bruce and Dean Stockwell... Even my mom liked Bruce... but she was always prone towards bad boys for her fantasy men ... lol ... perhaps because my dad was such a mellow, easy-going fellow... lol ...
