We're having a 'talk' where we (my stepmum and I) are supposed to sort things out, I don't think I have done anything wrong apart from being born. What should I do?

Well yes I do

Internet Relay Chat (good program mIRC)

Its the basis non frilly chat program. But its not web based..you have it on your computer like an email program and it connects to others using the internet (just like sending and receiving email).

Q: So what's the worst thing about Chat programs?

I dont agree with Airhead. I think it is okay on some accounts, you cant rule it out altogether.
