Sarcasm is when you say something that means one thing, but the tone in which it is said implies that it is false.

Irony is when the literal meaning is the exact opposite of the actual meaning.

Depends on a few factors - if I am on clinic - how many people use the loo (only one staff toilet) - how busy I am - how much tea I've drank

I always find that a day trip to Ostend (belgium) recharges my batteries, and is a cheap day out too
but if you cant get that far...may i suggest a good bottle of wine and any film with Richard Gere in?
