I have felt so left out down here in Texas. No last at bat here or anywhere drivable ( I drove to St. Louis once to see him, so I'd consider that OK ) It is too far to drive to NYC and I have a plane phobia. However, with IV Valium it maybe could be done. Or maybe Versed.

NYC is way easier for me - AND I can see more than one show. I really hate I can't get over to Vegas...it does sound pretty awesome. |

Seems to be a very intimate show, perhaps low-key even.
http://www.rocktellz.com/ Expensive maybe, but not the usual Meat Loaf show. Could be interesting, but sadly, we can`t afford it this year Maybe if Last at Bat goes to New York, we'll try for that .... |

I second that Jo My problem is the timing ... I would love to go, but I just can't plan that far ahead right now with everything else going on Hopefully that'll change and I can grab a ticket later on when the time gets closer.

So, if we're understanding this right (and I think we are) the $863.95 VIP Package is the Meet and Greet.
I love ML more than I care to mention, but as a matter of principle I wouldn't pay that, whether I had the cash to do it or not, I wouldn't pay it. I appreciate we're talking about Vegas so there has to be room for inflated prices here and there but £577 for a M&G is above and beyond what's reasonable. Congratulations to whoever does buy them - we thought we held the record for the smallest M&G in Finland in 2008 which had just 3 people but we could be about to lose it!! |

Did it say it was a M&G too? I though it was for a seat and service? Hmmmmmm? I agree it's pricey. |

It's set out on TravelZoo .. the link you posted. " VIP Meet and Greet package for $756", which is the base price of the $863.95 offering

The page wasn't exactly the most helpful piece of layout .. but then the agency which has the biggest stranglehold on all on-line ticket sales has one of the poorest customer service departments, slowest loading and most frustrating sites, greediest surcharges, and the worst hieroglyphics to type in over and over again .. And for those with limited vision, the audio security is utterly unintelligible. They SO deserve to be the market leader! |

It doesn't. Meat said at some point on here I think that the show would be around that length .. but quite a few things (including the venue) have changed from what he's been given to understand over the months. It's been a long process of planning, negotiating and contracting, and who knows what will have changed? (Hell .. Warrio hasn't designed the setlist yet! ) So we'll find out when the shows start
One thing we do know ..it will be a marvellous and special show Last edited by CarylB; 01 Aug 2013 at 02:26. |

Yes .. although you buy on TM from Travelzoo, and given some are likely to be held back from sale for the casino high rollers, if you can get something that seems good now, why not? It also gets the whole stressful process of buying tickets for a Meat show done and out of the way You can then at least simply sit back and wait for the show with pleased anticipation ..

I have to say I've been checking the TZoo site/link all day. I'm after front Mezz sec for multiply week day dates in Oct. All I get is a "sorry tickets are unavailable" notice but they add a suggestion of the same section and row of sec 202 row U every time I look it up. |

Who do they expect to attend this thing, the trumps?
I sadly can't afford this. Praying for LAB in NYC. Annoyed at those ridiculous pompous prices. |
