the physio said that she was pleased with how flexible my back had got over the last week.

but she also said that nxt time were gonna be really getting into it and doing harder stuff!

I dont know, it dont bear thinking about it.

I think she ment stuff like stretches that that would hurt to do, or pushing me to do things that i didnt think i could do.
