Is this food combinations people have actually tried or are just randomnly making up?

Last week I tried boiled cabbage and salad cream, don't knock it till you've tried it. Also mild mustard on toast is quite nice.

My son in law smothers his roast dinner in salad cream,i think it is quite sick but he loves it,now the kids are having it too...lol
