Most people never make it to that safe place...they get derailed...like feeling sudden pangs of hunger they go into refrigerator and stick what they meant for the safe place in there...been there...done that...

Well you're not getting mine Michael so you'd better start thinking drunk quickly!

I have a photographic memory, so my "safe places" are usually on shelves, on the computer desk etc so when I inevitably lose the item I can visualise it in my head....

Normal people however tend to go for drawers, cupboards...though if you're having to think drunk I'd advise you check the garage, loft and toilet bowl
