Default Article regarding tour plans of Meat Loaf and Fleetwood Mac.

Here is an article regarding the tour plans of Meat and Fleetwood Mac. In this article, Meat says that he has been pushing for an Adelaide concert to be included even though none has been planned to date.

Here is the article which I have slightly edited, to remove some Fleetwood Mac content.

Fleetwood Mac, Meat Loaf gigs in sight

SEVENTIES rock acts Fleetwood Mac and Meat Loaf are considering Adelaide performances despite the city being left off their initial national tour itineraries.

There were also negotiations for Meat Loaf to perform at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on March 10.

SACA spokeswoman Jane Elliot confirmed yesterday that a market research company had been hired to "gauge" members' reaction, but would not confirm whether the SACA was in any negotiations to bring either bands to Adelaide or if any decision had been made.

Fleetwood Mac will start their tour in Newcastle on February 16 and tickets went on sale last month for Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney shows.

Meat Loaf will play the same cities from February 20 and tickets went on sale this week.

During a visit to Australia last week, Meat Loaf said he would push for an Adelaide concert to be included.

"That's what I said the other day – why aren't we coming to Adelaide? I mean, I've always played Adelaide," he said.

Hi Dottie,
I'm pretty sure the nearest would be in Brisbane. I think the concert is at the Entertainment Centre. Will try to find out more for you and post back later tonight.

Hugs
Kaye
