To quote an awesome Meat Loaf song, "What's done is done - for everyone - come on baby let's start again right now - Amnesty is granted!" I think the best suggestion for all would be to stop, take a deep breath, and not automatically assume something will be horribly wrong with Network Signatures. To be fair, there have been some ups and downs with this fan club as well. Did people go on a witch hunt when editions of RVM have gone out late? No, we were all gracious and exercised a great deal of patience. Let's see how this goes before we go crucifying someone. I still think it is great they are extending free memberships to the MLUKFC members - that is great and way above the call of duty! Dave |

We Didn't Recieve The Fan Clubs Promise Of What We Were Entitled To ???
Ok well let me simplify it for you as Network Signatures are taking over the Meat Loaf Club from Turnstyle, to me they are taking responsibilty for using the same fan club name they either change it slightly,
But to use the same name is only asking for trouble, I am not going to sit here and argue with you as my time is precious, The fact is i was ripped off by this FAN CLUB NAME i recieved nothing from them and that's the bottom line. How many more people were ripped off by this club, let us know, |

I have a few questions that .net have failed to answer.
How long will it be before the new site is up and running as it has already eaten into the original 6 months free membership? As myself and others had more than 6 months left from the old fan club why can't this time be matched month for month> How long do fans who buy the Platinium package actually get with Meat i.e. if 30 fans allowed then to give everyone 4mins he would have to be there for 2 hours, is this likely? What happens if M&G is cancelled? refunds ? Why no fan cameras? How do fans get their M&G photos small print says they have to be downloaded? What happens to packages that don't sell are they offered to corporate sector, sold on open market????? Rosie |

Conned
Iam with Foalteam on this i logged on to the new site like i was told to, i was told i would get a free 6 months membership because i was a member that had got ripped of,but there are problems with the site other than the news section it will not let me onto the other section's i have emailed them seven times and no replies to any of them so what really is happening.People getting conned out of their money that is what is happening.
If the company that ran it before has not fulfilled their obligation and disappeared for what ever reason surely that is obtaining money by deception ?????. All in all promises were made when the site first opened we all now what happened there and now it seems to be happening all over again. |

I've posed a number of these questions to signatures network. The replies I have had so far are as follows:
1. Signatures Network has no relation to Turnstyle, the past fan club management. They have no ability to make good on their offer. They suggest fans contact their credit card regarding Turnstyle, though it is probably too late. They have been tasked by Meat Loaf to correct on past problems and build a new fan club going forward. It is a step by step process, but they hope you can see they are making efforts to work and address concerns. 2. They gave me a history of Signatures Network... "we have been in business for 30 years. We manage or have managed the fan clubs and ticket programs for acts such as... U2, Motley Crue, KISS, Fleetwood Mac, Rod Stewart, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, Alice Cooper, John Mellencamp, Madonna, and others. We work very close with each artist and their management to build a fan club and ticket program with their approval and involvement. Signatures Network has been producing the official merchandise for 100's of acts for 30 years... everyone from Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Ozzy, KISS, and many many more. We have a long history and relationship with the artists." 3. They DO NOT automatically renew memberships. They will notify when a membership is about to expire, but it is your responsibility to renew if you wish to continue. 4. They DO NOT store anyone's credit card information. 5. For shows already put onsale they are not able to offer upgrades to the fan club packages. they apologise that they were late in offering the UK tickets, but the delay was a result of taking over and moving from the old fan club and the lack of cooperation. The bottom line is that one dishonest company has been supplanted by a profiteering one. We have lost money on empty promises and there is little that can be said or done to recover the money.
DON'T GET MAD, GET EVEN. Complain to the California Bureau of Consumer Affairs! If MLUKFC members in the USA can act as sponsors, perhaps we can get a response out of them and perhaps prevent the pirates from starting up again. I have to agree with faolteam's sentiments with regard to the takeover: same name implies continuation of responsibility - whether justified or not. Personally, I will not be renewing with the new, improved .net when they ask for my money. If the new regime means that I have to remain a foot-soldier in the army of meat then so be it: I will not have my loyalty tested by requests to buy 'favours' with exorbitant sums of money or by pitifully late incentives AFTER I have already shown my loyalty by buying inferior, generally-available tickets as soon as I could after release. Thanks, .net, but no thanks. |

I'm guessing because they are probably busy in building the website, which explains that there are no other sections than the news section.

The section you pointed out does not say anything about responses to emails sent.So i guess i will not make an appointment at Specsavers, just because they are building a site does not mean they can't reply to emails, why have a contact section if you cant contact them but then again why have a ticket section if you cant get on it to buy tickets ??????but then again they are building the site so may be it is not ready yet.

I agree Debs I renewed just before .net took it over. The only thing .net has done is open up a one way cash machine and they won't tell us how long before the site is up and running, perhaps in 5 months 3 weeks and 6 days time.
