Did you ask your credit card company to cancel that deal or to refund?

Too late company out of business you get in line and have to spend £100 or over before they take action evenn if it's fraud etc. I thought .net would show a little more goodwill to people like me and Debs who have lost nearly a year's subscription. But no I was wrong they want the name but not the responsibilty I will not renew after my free 6 months up.

Hmm well ... probably not. Are you by any chance using IE6 on Windows XP Service Pack2?
If so, you probably have lower the cookie restriction settings for meatloaf.net and fanfire.com to "Accept all cookies".
Also, check if you have some cookie blocking personal firewall software running.

The state government portal is www.ca.gov. Navigate to the family and consumer menu and go to Consumer and Families Rights and Remedies then Complaints Against Businesses. Finally, follow the 'file a complaint' link.

Have fun

Thinking about it, I had to turn my Norton firewall off to access it.

Something on your computer is blocking cookies (that's where your login information is stored). You just need to figure out what it is.

Thumbs down So I Want To Know Why Or Who Let These People In The First Place To Set Up This Fan

I THINK A FEW THINGS ARE COMING OUT HERE VERY CLEARILY

1. HAVE WE BEEN RIPPED OFF?? YES WE HAVE

2. HAS THIS COMPANY MADE ANY EFFORT TO REPLY TO PEOPLE IN GENERAL AND I DON'T MEAN PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPLAINING, NO THEY HAVE NOT

3.WHY DOES THIS NEW FAN CLUB HAVE A CONTACT PAGE IF THEY HAVENT GOT THE COURTESY TO REPLY, BEATS ME

4. WHAT DOES Signature Network AND TURNSTYLES GOT IN COMMON; THEY BOTH AT THE VERY BEGINNING WANTED YOUR MONEY FIRST BEFORE THE FAN CLUB WAS SET UP OR READY? TRUE

5. HOW MANY PEOPLE PAY FOR A AUTOMOBILE, A HAIR CUT, A SUITE OF FURNITURE, ETC ETC IF ITS NOT READY, NONE OF US, SO WE WERE TRICKED INTO BUYING SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT READY, CORRECT

6. NO MATTER WHAT WAY WE LOOK AT IT OR WHO TAKES IT OVER WE WERE DUPED TURNSTYLES GOT AWAY WITH IT AND WE LET THEM WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, ITS TO LATE DO ANYTHING ABOUT UR CREDIT CARDS AND CHEQUES ONCE 90 DAYS EXPIRES

AND AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE EMAIL BELOW THEY CLEARILY STATE : Please allow up to 10 weeks for the delivery of your membership package. AND USE MEAT LOAF'S NAME ENDORSING IT ???.

SO BY THIS TIME THEY ARE WELL GONE.

SO WHAT I WANT TO KNOW WHY OR WHO LET THESE PEOPLE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO SET UP THIS FAN CLUB THATS THE REAL CULPRIT AINT IT UP TO THEM TO SORT IT OUT ???

Hi Keith,

Memberships are valid for one year, and then a renewal notice is sent out. So, it's up to you to renew the membership. How many years of membership did you want?

This thread is going nowhere.

If I see another post in ALL CAPS shouting at everyone, I'll lock and delete the complete thread right away.

2 things:
(1) Watch your language!
(2) It actually does work. Check if you have a personal firewall running that blocks cookies. The Norton Internet Security Firewall blocks cookies by default, as an example.

Nope. That depends how the site scripting is done.

Unhappy i think it's important to air your views

i apologise for the caps i did not realise i couldn't use them,

i am really dissapointed that i can not air my views on this site as from what i can see the majority off fans here joined the site and lost , don't you think it's only fair to warn our members , i am only trying to warn other people about the pitfalls that occured with this fan club.

i also feel as a member of this MLUKFC its my democratic right as i was one of the people ripped off

@ JGrayland i can login to the site but it will not let me on the tickets section R advised the same turn of the cookies i did this still wouldn't let me on i have a friend who is a computer expert i told him the situation and he advised that if it was a cookie problem thenit would not let you sign in i gave him my user name and password he tried on his comp and he could not navigate either so where does that leaves us well i just dont no but it certainly isn't a cookie problem like R says but a site problem in my opinion and they are STILL not repling to emails.

Sigh. What makes you think that your login was successful? You don't get an error message if you try to sign on with the wrong credentials. The "Thank you for logging in screen" is just a simple redirect which gets executed anyway, logged in corerectly or not.

The only hint that your login was successful is that the "Login" phrase on the top right corner changes to "Logout".
If it doesn't say "Logout", then you are simply not logged in
.

Well, I could tell you again to allow cookies and to turn off your cookie blocking firewall (just as a try),
but as you and your expert think that I'm wrong, I just skip that.

I'll post a screenshot of the ticketstore after successful login (Cookies allowed, no cookie blocking firewall) instead.
