Cool, glad you didn't need it, I'm so happy, it took me 8.5 mins to cycle 3 miles, sorry that might not be much of an achievement but it is for me, I haven't done any exercise in erm 4 months, I will soon be unfit if I don't start exercising.

I need to stay fit, so as well as revision, I've promised myself that I will have a bike ride everyday and that I will take the dogs for a walk with my uncle.

I've promised myself, but even this morning I had to fight myself to get on the bike. At school I run around a lot I can't sit still but when I get home I sit in front of the monitor and my legs go dead so I'm gonna get a mini cycle thing like I'd ever use it though
