I've always hated it, and then I discovered how nasty shop bought potato salad is too, so I thought what the heck...

Gave it a go, it's really easy to make, and full of fresh veggies, so yes, Zina, it's healthy too, and it actually tasted nice!! Mind you, that might be because I drowned it in mayonnaise....

I hate shop bought Potato salad as well, but like mine lol.

Not healthy with all that mayo on though Claire lol

Beer can be considered a vegetable or a starch...however you want to classify it...so yes, it is definitely in those food groups highly recommended by governments and health institutions...

Edited: it can also be considered a bread group...I guess?
