My cover of Blue Sky, everything performed entirely by myself. If anyone wants a backing track, just let me know and I can get it to you, although it's not incredible quality :P

Yeah on the Euro release he sung the other printed verse at the start of mad mad world, but i think my understanding is that that is meant to be the first verse of the song. I'm sure I read that somewhere or other.

Ah ok, I knew he did Blue Sky before Mad World, but I was unaware that it was meant to be the first verse. My bad

Don't feel bad, I might have got it wrong, can't say for sure. But i'm guessing by the way it's arranged on the album. And the first verse on the album is the one starting 'it is the same blue sky' etc. And it wouldn't really make sense then to have the other verse sung be the second verse. If you was going to put in only two out of the three verses you would pick the beginning and end. I did do a thread somewhere where I posted it in full.

But I like I say, without knowing officially I cannot say for sure!

Hey guys i'm having real problems with my voice lately and wanted some advice. It just feels clogged up and tired all the time. I think I might have a bit of a cold at the moment so that might be part of it and could be why i've been tired lately.

But what about generally looking after your singing voice? Any tips? I drink a lot of tea and have dairy, i've heard that quite bad for it?

I've heard that when you have a cold, eating any dairy can make your throat feel phlemy. How about some tea and honey ? ... xo

There are apparently a few people interested in getting it, so to save you the hassle of PMing me for a link you can download the backing track / instrumental / karoake / whatever you want to call it for Blue Sky here:

Two verses, like I recorded above:
http://www.4shared.com/mp3/PNDIKxhL/..._Two_Ver.html?

Three verse, like how Wario did it:
http://www.4shared.com/mp3/cu50prZ_/..._Three_V.html?

My revised cover, after Rob's feedback and Wario's inspirational cover :P
http://www.4shared.com/mp3/mcxKzeFY/...Revised_.html?

Enjoy!

Thanks to Mr. Happy for providing us with an awesome backing track!

This is my first run through, so I'm a little off beat and some of the notes are sloppy, but I figured I would post it anyway.

I really love this song, and hope to give it a better shot after getting back from Branson this weekend. Still, let me know eh?

P.S. I'm 17, does that make me the youngest person on this site?

Good job, I think it shows what an awesome song this is that so many people have already wanted to do their own version.

And NO, I've been 17 for years

PS yes probably
