Thanks for asking Bren,

But I'm not so good, had some physio on my back this morning and it's very sore

The physio is meant to help but each time I have a session I seem to suffer afterwards.........the only plus is I get out of housework

Mmm.. that is not very good. HOpe things work out in the right way for you.... Cause that is terrible... a physio which is not doing a great job.... But no housework... hhehe... that sounds pretty cool to me!

this morning it was much cooler,cloudy, by lunchtime there was a lovely cool breeze off the sea....heaven.....

Totally know what you are meaning Bren. It is so damn hot over here..... This is not normal any more... and i think that people who love this kind of weather:

1. have a low IQ
2. are very strange
3. don't know what they wish for
4. the heat has infected there brains

i ordered it off the hmv web site i went to the hmv store but they said its only on cd odd but true

Well, I don't know why everyone is complaining about the heat. (the weather not the damn fine lady on here!!)

Today there has been a slight breeze which has made it bearable!!!
