Today I am strangely proud of the fact i have managed to have a nap every hour on the hour and am still in my PJs and dressing gown after a hard day doing absolutely nothing.

Talking My Baby!!!

Thought i would show you all my baby
Midwife said everything looks great and baby seems healthy!

17th Nov

Now!

A tiny soul at peace
Within my sacred place
I can barely control myself
Until i see that face

The tiny hands, the perfect nose
Those eyes that soon will see
How very special and dear
This child will be to me

(sorry this thread is so long )

Good for you Dottie!

Grrrrrr, MD is being incredibly thick this afternoon....... driving me mad. Must be the 'man flu' (which he can keep to himself), that's causing it. If he doesn't shut up soon, I might just blow!

Thanks guys. I couldn't believe how clear the pictures come out. Yes it's a very strange sensation those kicks, not having experienced this before it's nothing like i thought it would feel a couple of nights ago i looked down at my belly to see what looked like little fists punching through every now and then very strange (and sometimes painful) but reassuring, at least i know my baby is alive and literally kicking
