The Hugh Jackman/Christian Bale/Michael Caine one? With David Bowie doing a really really dodgy accent? I love that film, Ric bought me it for my birthday and I'd never heard of it, then had to watch it twice practically back to back to figure out what was going on!!
Watched the recent-ish remake of Miracle on 34th Street while doing the ironing this afternoon, am currently watching Gladiator. |

Last film we watched was The Queen, and it was very very good. I'd heard some really good reviews and some equally bad ones but we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We had imagined it to be a very one sided account of what happened during "that week" after Diana's death but it did a very good job of showing it from the points of view of Tony Blair, the Queen as a public figure and also the Queen as a parent and Grandparent. Great film

It was not a movie...
, it's gorgeous I love it alot especially the documentary thing at the end and I love this bit it's cute, "I hate being the centre of attention !" LOL Sorry Michael but that comes with the territory !! |
