CC 20th Sept Montclair State Centennial Festival
CC will be performing at Montclair State Centennial Festival.
Celebrating Montclair State University's 100 years with an outdoor festival on campus featuring live music, dance troupes, arts and craft vendors, children's rides and activities, parades, sporting events, lectures, hands-on activities and much more. Admission to the Festival and parking is free. Begins at noon. Open to the public. Fun for all ages. Entertainment includes The Dirdie Birdies, Checkered Past, Yosi and the Superdads, the Afro Brazilian Cultural Center, Yass Hakoshima, Freespace Dance, RB Express, The Sheps and many others. All Montclair State alumni invited to special reception area to celebrate their alma mater's 100 years. Evening concert featuring WAR with special guests The Smithereens and CC Coletti begins at 5:30 p.m. at Yogi Berra Stadium. (Tickets for concert available by calling 973-746-7434. Cost: $40 Lawn Seats; $25 General Admission) Fireworks immediately following concert. This line bothers me a bit though...are they inviting only alumni??? By the way, I have one of those in my family too...so it's all covered now... |

Oooh...she is far...she has to go to Manhattan on the bus and then take bus to NJ...on the way back we can take her home but that's another 1-1/2 hours or so...and she isn't doing so well in heat and where you have to keep on walking...Montclair State is like a city in itself...they do run university buses but you have to be able to walk and walk and walk...

At this point I am not at all sure I am going...but then again...I am on pins and needles today...some bad news might be coming my way...so...not so easy to think about this...also, I have to assure you that this is frigging huge place and there is no telling when she is going to show, for how long and all that jazz...I didn't have time to read much but it doesn't sound like it's her concert...more like she will make appearance or something...
There is a lot of talent that came out of NJ...you never know who is alumni of which Uni and who may show up where... |

Well CC is an awesome singer so good luck to her i'm sure all that get to go will have fun, hopefully someone from here will get to go and come back to tell us how it went (pref with pics )
