I bought it at the begining of the year. It wasn't easy to get hold of but was well worth the effort. It is a brilliant DVD and has given me lots of enjoyment.

The VH-1 Storytellers from december is the same that came out in the US in 1999. Different cover, same dvd.
The only BOOH thing availible on dvd is Hits Out Of Hell, originally on VHS and the Makin' of BOOH, but which is more a story/interview with Meat and Jim. But both of it is worth the money ! Best, ME |

Unfortunately, they put Life is a lemon only on the cd instead of both of them. But therefore they cut the really funny moments (screwing around...) out on cd.
It's best to buy the dvd and the cd. Makes the concert complete. Best ME |

storytellers dvd
I finally got my copy of this dvd today, have been searching for it for months in all the well known music stores and had other people searching for it for me, lol.
Then me and a friend went into town today and called in one of the music stores local to our area as she wanted a cd, so I thought whilst I was there I would ask about the storytellers dvd, to which I expected him to say no they hadnt got it, much to my surprise he said yes they had got it and it was only £10.99, so I knew I had 2 get it lol. Whilst I was there I thought I would see what else they had of Meat's music and dropped on a copy of Bat out of hell II for £5.99, now my stepdad can have his copy back lol and a copy of heaven can wait - the best of for £4.99. They have also got a meat loaf t-shirt at £11.99, so im going back for that when I get paid again. The guy at the counter said they have most of meats back catalogue and if they hadnt got anything I wanted they would try to order it. I did ask about the availiability of the storytellers cd and when he looked on computer system he said they could no longer get it, as they had previously been importing it and it had been taken off import, so just wondered if anyone knew if it is actually available in UK at all Debs |
