It's a bootleg of a show that Meat did at the Nassau Colliseum in September 1978. It was presumably recorded from a radio broadcast. Bolero and Bat Out Of Hell were released on the re-issued versions of Bat 1. Meat's voice is quite bad throughout the concert so the only real highlight is a great rendition of Paradise. Just One Victory is Todd Rundgren playing a guitar solo while Jim Steinman plays a piano piece based on More Than You Deserve, just in case you're wondering.
