Easy. First, find a pic you would like to use.....and copy the source code. It has to be a page with the pic alone though. Here is an example:

From that page, copy the web address....and insert the address into the format that is provided above (move your mouse over the IMG box and you will see the code to insert an image)

Type [img]then insert the copied web address followed by closing brackets[/img]

if you want to see what I am talking about....click the quote button on anyone's post with a picture and you will see the [img] coding.

Make sense?
