Good Lord Tim .. hold your water ....

We don't know what form this will take yet, not Meat's reasons for doing it that way. There are many subscription sites on the internet, and it's one way of protecting the site, it's owners and visitors. Meat said it wouldn't be much .. it could be a miminal sum. But it is one way of protecting the front door. And to want to do that is not arrogant .. merely prudent imo.

R has said wait until we know exactly what this entails before we get carried away .. so why don't we?

Hmmmm, me thinks someone has taken the huff a little bit, at the end of the day there is nothing you or anyone else can do - Meat is a human being after all and he is just as entitled to have an opinion about stuff as everyone else is ... how shallow does that make you to almost stop being a fan just because Meat doesn't feel he can join us on the forums anymore?!?? I for one shall now and always be a fan of Meat Loaf whether he writes on here or not, OK, so I may not be able to afford to go on the pay-site, but I'll still listen to his music, I'll still see him in concert and I'll still love him for being an individual and a great one at that. I am just so sorry that you feel unable to visit this site again.

I hope that when you have had time to think you will reconsider this decision. I know that constant criticism hurts and eventually wears you down, but I think that you are bigger than this and, once you start to feel better in yourself, I am sure that you will come home.

I am sorry, I don't get what you mean...didn't think for one minute he was having a laugh...but maybe it's a good idea to read all posts again. This forum can get crowded, sometimes if you stay away for a few days you 'don't get it' any more.
