Default Midnight at the lost and found (remix)

Hi everyone, I'm new to this little ol' web site, but Iv'e always been a great fan of Meat Loaf.

I was wondering if anyone can help me?

I'm after a good quality MP3 of the REMIX of Midnight at the lost and found, its the single version which is yet to appear on any of the cds or dvds or anything.

I still have the original 7 inch vinyl, but this has been played so much the sound from it is bad.

Can anyone help me?

Thanx but I have the very best of cd, infact all the albums on cd of Meat Loaf, Iv'e even bought all those cheap compilation cds that have a version of it on, but when I get it home and play it, it isn't the single version which was actually a remix of the album version.

The remix version starts totally differently to the album version, it has synthesizers at the beginning and the sound and production is much thicker like remixes often are, and the sing along bit towards the end of the song, you know where theres clapping? well the clapping isn't on the remix version.

So it is a bit of a raritie it seems, but my original vinyl sounds terrible now so I'm desperate for a clean high quality cd version if you know what I mean?

Woah!!! Put me down for this one!

Also, Danny Peyronel (one of the co-writers) has covered the song on his recent solo album. Would be interesting to hear it...

The only version that I know, which is a little different to the original, is the Live version from the Live around the World album.

AFAIK, the M@L&F single remix is only available on either the 7" or 12"-single, unlike the remix of Razor's Edge and the alternate version of If You Really Want To, wich can be found on the 12"-Mixes CD.

In fact, that's a misprint - it's the original version of Razor's Edge. The remix is on the single only, unfortunately. Similar to th MATLAF remix, with synths etc. My vinyl copy is in pretty good nick. will see if I can convert it to .wav or .mp3
