Orange have been ripping me off

I've been paying 59p a min and when I rang them to see if there was a better plan for me as tour time was here again and I end up ringing loads of you 24 / 7 . There just happens to be a tarrif that doesnt cost me any extra but to say I want it and I get all calls for 15p. Gee Orange thanks for telling me before

2nd thing today thats gone right..... starting to breathe again....
