Well I am in agony and this really sucks !!
I should still be in bed, damn friggin' back .
It is above my left bum cheek and I guess the paracetamol I took last night helped but everytime I moved it was/is agony. Horrible ! I couldn't move at one point and that scared me, but after getting up and shuffeled about at this godly hour I've taken a few more paracetamol and listening to my beloved Aspect's Of Love CD.
It seems pointless attempting to go back to bed .
