How have I lost a set of 4 house keys? And more to the point, why am I more concerned about HOW I've lost them than WHERE I've lost them? I must lose things way too often - getting too used to it!!

On a separate note...why do some people act like they know better then everyone else? Because of their stupid mistake I had to spent 20 minutes in a verbal battle with a customer cleaning up their mess.
