Played an Open Mic night in Dame st last night,

Died on my arse during the first song and recovered a bit for the second...thankfully!

Was nervous as hell as it's the first night i've played and sang for an audience.

But hey the first one is done can only get better

I am feeling a bit stiff tonight, knew I should of left the bulky lifting to my colleague

!! I like to be helpful though, what's the point of being in a job and you stand around doing nothing.. There is no point na dyou end up losing it

Ear has been playing up a little today, but we'll see what it's like tomorrow, if no better I'll have to ring the surgery for another appointment.

Back is agony, I was very worried because it woke me turning over in the early hours then when I finally managed to get out of bed and stood up, the pain was so unbearable that I had to sit down on my bed again, moving was interesting too

!!
I'm sure work will be quite interesting too, I hope we don't have a delivery today because my back won't handle it

getting up at 6:30 in the morning on a sunday just to go to work is even worse...

And I dont even wanna think about the fact that I have to stay at work till 6:30 in the evening...
