Have been to a class at the gym tonight, and reinforced to myself just how uncoordinated I really am... Every time I got the hang of a step, the instructor changed it, then when it came round again I'd forgotten what I was supposed to do!! Still, regular instructor's back next week, so I'll be okay again, lol...

Try to drink a small amount of regular Coca Cola. It usually helps me and people I know. In al seriousness

I used to work at a doctor's surgery and one of our GPs used to recommend lemonade, apparently it's the bubbles that settle your stomach :0)

Lemonade has got to be better. At least you won't have to visit your dentist as often as a consequence.

I have IBS and was advised (by a forum member, actually) that there's something in tonic water that settles your stomach...can't remember whether she said it had to have the gin in it too so I assumed it does

It's quinine which apparently is a great prophylactic against malaria ... something which only one member of my family has suffered from (and he hasn't been seen with a G&T to my knowledge!)
