In Manchester I had the chance to meet Patti after the show. It was the first time so I was really surprised how nice and special and openhearted and gorgeous she was. She still is though.
I didn't expect such a familiar atmosphere. It was one of the highlights I was able to experience at Manchester. I will miss her and wish her all the best! The people who had the possibility to be part of the whole 20 years are more than lucky. Thank you Patti for so many wonderful and incredible five star shows!!! |

Other than aspen and cc, Patti is the ONLY singer that I've known with Meat... Well during my fanship anyway. Hope I can still meet her one day :)

I woke up this morning and heard the news. Can't believe it has happened again. It truly is a mad, mad world.
Patti, thank you for all you have given to Meat, the band, and the fans. Never feel like you are disposable or replaceable because you are not. You are a beautiful and talented artist who always went above and beyond the call of duty. We will miss you dearly. |

Very sad news! Patti was always so loyal to Meat. I remember when he was ill at concerts, she took such good care of him, like family. She was always so kind to the fans too. It is sad to see a part of that family missing.
Keep singing and writing, Patti. You have a true gift and real star quality, which is evident by all the great reviews from critics and fans.

I had the good fortune to meet Patti on a number of occasions, and saw her perform not just with Meat but as Killer Queen in WWRY in Vegas as well as with the SAS Band on a number of occasions.
We'll miss your warmth, generosity, sense of humour, smile, good looks, but most of all we'll miss your voice. The honour and the privilege of meeting you, seeing and hearing you perform was all ours!

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Patti; but I will never forget the first time I heard her on the Melbourne DVD she blew me and my Father away with her talent and I don't think anyone has ever done IWDAFL and made it sounds as wonderful as her and Meat have.
