There's no way I could pick just one. But I'm partial to some less played/known songs...Amnesty, Is Nothing Sacred and Martha.

all Meat Loaf songs are fabulous. nobody does songs as good as Meat. U can listen to a Meat Loaf song over and over and over again and still not be bored of it.

My favs' are

Rock and Roll Mercenaries
Rock and Roll Dreams come through
Couldn't have Said it better
Testify
Life is a Lemon
Razor's edge
Bat out of Hell

i couldn't just pick ONE u know!

Theres just too many to choose one fave from. It also depends on what kinda mood i'm in at the time.

I think i'd probably narrow it down to..

If This Is The Last Kiss (Let's Make It Last All Night)
Masculine
Everything Louder Than Everything Else
Good Girls Go To Heaven (Bad Girls Go Everywhere)
All Revved Up With No Place To Go
Cheatin In Your Dreams
I'll Kill You If You Don't Come Back
More Than You Deserve

As I said over in the thread about Least Favourite Meat Loaf song, it reaally depends on my mood because so many of those songs have so many different memories attached to them.

The songs from Bat II are all particular favourites of mine. I was 7 when that album was released and I was having a particulary rough time of things for many and varied reasons, and for me, putting that album on was my escape from everyone and everything around me, and it still is to this day. It sends me to my own little land - a Meat Loaf bubble if you will - that no-one else can get into and I love it!!

Songs like Where The Rubber Meets The Road and Martha remind me of my first Meat show back in 1996 ( when I was 10! I've just turned 18 and feeling old!!! lol )

Home By Now is my "I met Meat Loaf" song! Enough said!

So for me it again depends on my mood, because so many of Meat's songs are attached to different memories, places and people -some are good memories, some not so good but they all have an impact!

This is a tough question, but it has to be Bat Out Of Hell. Closely followed by Objects

But 2 Out Of 3, Life Is A Lemon and Because Of You are close behind.

They are all brilliant songs

Some favourites have to be Heaven can wiat, Paradise, Did I say that, CHSIB, Bad Attitude, All Revvecd up, Out of the frying pan, Life is a lemon....better stop now or I'll go on forever!

Default Renegade Angel Why was it never recorded?

Go On www.carpe-jugulum.com and you'll find a song called renegade angel, apparentlly that was meant to be on bat 2(actually it was gonna be the title track for jim steins solo effort but was never recorded) because in an interview steinman gave in 1990 he was starting to let out info on the forthcoming bat 2 album and he said "i'm gonna write him the ultimate car death sex song and it'll probaly be called renegade angel, it's gonna be wild" anyone know why it wasnt recorded? cause i think a car death sex song would make that album sound even more orgasmically mind blowing, maybe he saved it for bat 3 cause according to an interview meat said "there was this song jimmy had that i wanted and he wanted to save it for bat 3 so i argued with him for a while and i said ,okay we'll save it for bat 3" maybe that was the song he was on about meat must have really liked that song to argue with his best friend(yeah i think there still friends, if you go on jims steins website there is an article that PROVES they never fell out) over it
