DVD Burner Help

Hello, I'm thinking of going out sometime oday or tommorrow and buying a burner for my computer. My main problem is I don't know what to get so I been looking at them online and I am trying to figure out if the one I was looking at is a good buy. It's here http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=5439204 If anyone has any suggestions I'd like to know what to look for in a dvd burner. Do all burner you buy for your computer allow you to watch movies on them?
