Jerry Wexler
Record producer Jerry Wexler has died at the age of 91. He invented the phrase "rhythmn & Blues" and produced some legendary hits for Bob Dylan, Aretha Franklin (Respect) and Percy Sledge (When A Man Loves A Woman) among many others.
