There was a clip of this out ages ago, think Pudding has it in his blog last month so check it out there, might still be streaming on Rhydians site though?

considering the amount of press covering about him working with Mr Steinman on this album, and him doing AFL on x factor it think it's a bit of a let down that on the whole album is 'just' not a dry eye as the only Meat/Jim related track.

it sounds alright, but nothing spectacular to me

That was all paper talk due to him doing the one track. I don't think any plans were ever coming from it.

sounded like a combination of meat loaf and jimmy sommervile at the start...the rest wasn't as bad as i thought it would be.

i thought it was a pretty respectable attempt, it is of course a 'meat' song' so i dont think we will ever hear a better version of that, but to be fair i dont think he slaughtered it, lacked alot of emotion though.

better than his AFL performance anyway

He hits a fantastic note at about the 4 minute mark, it's about 10 seconds long.

When I hear Rhydian sing it reminds me of a goat. His version of NADIETH is pretty mediocre at best.
