Default US Tour Dates

Hi, everyone! There wasn't a "sticky" for US tour dates yet, so I hope I'm putting this message in the correct place.

If you are monitoring Meat's US tour dates, there has been a change in one of them.

We had/have tickets for Anaheim, California, which was originally scheduled for June 28th. We were contacted by the venue yesterday, Friends of the Grove, and notified that the concert has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 5th.

Looks like Meat might be clearing a little more time for his visit and concerts in the UK in early July.

I went to the venue's website and the change has already been listed there, as well.

Hope this helps those of you who are keeping track of these things for everyone.

Love,
MB

Well, come on over, mister!! You'd be more than welcome (at least in the Western part of the country--can't speak for those Easterners!! )

(Okay, Sherrie, don't yell at me!!)

I KNOW that Sherrie would welcome you, too, Tim, in the South Eastern section!! But Meat doesn't have any concerts scheduled there yet.

I don't know many people who are going to the concerts I'll be attending. It would be nice to have others to sing along with and laugh with... You all must have had SO much fun in Amsterdam!! Double...triple...quadruple the enjoyment, when you're with ML friends at an ML concert!!

So, any time you want to visit, just let me know!! (But if you want to see Meat, it would have to be SOON!! June and August are coming quickly!!)

Thanks for the PM, my friend. Will write you SOON!!

Love ya,
MB

Hi, Vicki! Great to hear from you!!!

Yes, looks like September is going to be a BIG month for you!! Did you hear that Meat IS probably going to Atlantic City, too? I know you've been hoping for that one since you went there last time!

But it looks like he won't be going to Caesar's this year. I saw that he'll be going to a brand new casino called Borgata on September 6th. Hope you get to go to that one, too!!

I've still got June 22nd to look forward to, then the following weekend in San Diego, if I can make it there. And in August, he's going to be in both Northern and Southern California for several dates....Lots to look forward to!!

Hope the summer will be a great one for all Meat fans in the US! (And the fall and winter for our European friends!!)

Thanks, Vicki! Take good care.

Love,
MB

Hi MB !

Yes - I did hear about the show in AC and I'm already planning on going :P: I admit I was hoping for Caesars, but it'll be so exciting to see him in the brand new casino

And the show at Mohegan Sun is supposed to be in the big arena ... all of the concerts I've been to have been in smaller theaters (and a couple of outside venues). It'll be interesting to see what his show is like in a big arena !!

It sounds like you have an amazing summer planned there in CA ! I hope you can make it to a lot of shows and enjoy them Of course we'll want to hear all the details !

I agree ... I hope it's going to be a great year for all of us Meat fans
Thanks MB and take good care too!!

Yes, those of us in the South of the US would love to welcome our European friend to our concerts---if we can just get some scheduled! I think the closest ML is coming to Florida right now is Virginia- a full days drive away. I shall be patient and feel assured that he will make it here- I am fairly sure that he has hit the Tampa/St Pete area on every tour in recent years so theres no reason to think he won't return.

Hi Sherrie

A while back Meat posted that he's going to do about 60 shows in the US .. so I'm sure he'll return to Florida :) I think he's supposed to go to Asia after Europe, and then back to Europe and the States when the tour ends. So maybe he'll be in Florida at the end of the tour? At least I hope so .. I'm ready for another vacation

Vicki,

If you make it to the Clearwater/Tampa/St Pete area I'll buy you a drink before or after (or both!) the show just for making the trip so far!
