As someone who works in customer service I can say some of us get a bad rap...surprisingly customers aren't all charming and polite as they seem to believe they are.

As a customer you need patience and luck, as someone who works in tech support you need a grim sense of humor and a thick skin to get through all that madness.

Of course, this is greatly exaggerated. But with all exaggerations, there's still some truth behind it. I've had numerous experiences with customer support, mostly business wise and all of them went fine, once I got past the lamguage and music barrier.
