I am very upset with my service from them. I ordered the Super Deluxe version and it was never taken out of my account. I was given a confirmation number though. I emailed them explainging the issue and asking what truly was in the package. I have not heard back within in a week. Just felt like stating about crapy service, and I did it through them so it would support this website. I would just like to know what I should be expecting when the album is shipped to everyone else?

Pre-orders are debited from your account on the day that the item is shipped as I understand it, not when the order is taken. This is standard practise with most online retailers (Amazon, Play etc) If you have any other issues with any of the commercial organisations which advertise on this site, then please take it up direct with them. |
